Dr. Carlos N. Moore

Dr. Carlos N. Moore is the Founder and CEO of Problem Solvers University, Inc. (PSU),  Biblical Mentoring Training Center that has 14-Programmed areas that fall within “Four” fitness levels: 

​

(1) Spiritually Fit  - "Adding Meaning and Purpose in Your Life"

(2) Mentally Fit  - "Thinking clearly & Making Wise Decisions"

(3) Financially Fit - "Budgeting To Have  The Money You Need"

(4) Physically Fit - "Optimal Performance, Endurance,& Strength"

 

Dr. Moore have designed each fitness level to holistically serve God's children which he believes will maintain a balance in all of Jesus' followers.  Dr. Moore’s true “Purpose / Calling" is to help Mentor others by "Overcome Life's Struggles" .

Air Force Military Executive Career 

Dr. Moore served in the United States Air Force for 21-years and retired on November 1, 2000. Although he is currently a retired disabled veteran, his work is not yet finished. In his past military career, he has held such executive positions as Executive Director for Air Force Family Support Center and Family Services, Chief Director of Equal Employment and Opportunity Counselor for Yokota Air Base, located in Tokyo Japan, Quality Control Superintendent for Communication and Logistics, Technical Order Writer, and Lead Electronic Communication Instructor for Material Air Command Air Lift Control Element (MAC ELCE) special unit during 1990-1991 war conflict in Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

  • Dr. Moore currently provides "Personal Development" and "Mentoring" training to Teen Boys at at Hillsborough County public schools. Subjects range from "College Success" to "Behavior Management."
